Shipping Information

• Location: All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Rhodes, Greece.
• Prices & VAT: Prices include the official Greek VAT (Value Added Tax) and are denominated in euros.

Order Acceptance and Availability

• Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
• A thorough quality control check is conducted before dispatch. If a product does not meet our quality standards, you will be notified, and the item will not be shipped.
• We offer only in-stock items for sale. If an item is out of stock, you can email us at info@aegeanpearls.com to check its availability. We aim to respond within 48 hours. However, high-demand items may sell out even after notification.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

• You may cancel or modify your order (including address or payment details) by emailing info@aegeanpearls.com before you receive a shipment confirmation email.
• Once the shipment email is sent, no further changes or cancellations can be made.

3. Cash on Delivery (Available only in Greece)

   • Payment is made upon delivery of the order. If payment is not completed at delivery, the product will be returned to the seller without further obligations for the customer.
