RETURNS
The customer has the right to return the product they have purchased and exchange it for another product of their choice within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, a relevant email must be sent to info@aegeanpearls.com within the aforementioned period, with the subject “Product Exchange Request” and including the order number.
After this deadline, the customer loses the right of withdrawal, and AEGEAN PEARLS bears no further obligation. Please contact this email before sending back any products you wish to return.
The returned product must be in perfect original condition, with intact packaging, and must not have been used under any circumstances. The receipt and the shipping note must also be included in the returned package.
Shipping costs for the return or exchange are borne by the customer. Returns or exchanges without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
The AEGEAN PEARLS team thoroughly inspects all returned packages. If the above conditions are not met and the returned products are not suitable for resale, AEGEAN PEARLS reserves the right to reject the exchange and return the package to the customer.
It is emphasized that the customer bears full responsibility for the return shipment of the products.
For your convenience, we recommend checking the order upon receipt to ensure that neither the package nor the jewelry has any defects. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us by email at info@aegeanpearls.com or by calling (+30) 6940744474, either immediately or the next working day, so we can manage the next steps.
Our company is not responsible if jewelry breaks, except if it occurs during shipping. AEGEAN PEARLS is also not responsible if jewelry tarnishes or the gold plating wears off, as this depends on the care and attention given to the piece.
The return of the product(s) to us is entirely the customer’s responsibility, who must ensure the safe transport so that there is no damage or loss. Otherwise, the return or exchange cannot be processed.
