PRODUCT RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, for any issues or inquiries, please email us at [email protected] to inform us of your request.
Please read the return policy carefully before sending anything back, as we will not accept returns without prior communication.
Note that all shipping costs are your responsibility.

NO REFUNDS

Products must be returned in excellent condition and in their original packaging. If you open the packaging, you must ensure that the items are returned in the exact condition they were received, including all components, accompanying documents, and packaging in perfect condition.
Returns of products will only be accepted if you have first paid for any shipping costs incurred by the company for sending them and the shipping costs for returning the item.
